Job Title- US Collections (International Voice Process)

Location - Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities -

1) Drive Research, analyse and resolve customer disputes and claims. 

2) Expedite orders release process to generate more revenue.

3) Drive cash forecast to meet the set cash and DSO targets.

4) Thorough product knowledge and full understanding of policies and procedures.

5) Handle complex, priority or high-visibility problems with orders, accounts, reconciliation etc.

6)  Avoid Client Escalations.

 7) Dispute resolution metrics and ensure timely resolution of disputes.

Requirement:-
